Here Comes the Sun Eater Returns to Kuala Lumpur This December

Here Comes the Sun Eater returns this 8th December at Zepp Kuala Lumpur! Don’t miss PENTAS SIHIR with Hindia & Lomba Sihir, plus performances by Rub of Rub and Sweetass.

Following the immense success of last year’s edition, Here Comes the Sun Eater (HCTS) is back in Kuala Lumpur on 8th December, promising an unforgettable evening of diverse sounds and captivating performances.

PENTAS SIHIR, the highly anticipated collaboration between Indonesia’s renowned acts HINDIA and LOMBA SIHIR, will headline this year’s event.

This rare two-hour set blends Hindia’s introspective, genre-defying style with Lomba Sihir’s vibrant, eclectic energy, offering fans an extraordinary celebration of music and creativity that pushes boundaries in the Indonesian scene.

Following their mesmerising performance at TAPAUfest 2023, RUB OF RUB, the experimental dub band from Bandung is ready to captivate audiences again with tracks like “Lepas” from their 2018 EP Ruang Waktu.

Kicking off the show will be Kuala Lumpur’s very own SWEETASS, a grunge/fuzz outfit that has become a staple in Malaysia’s alt-rock scene.

Known for their energetic live performances and clever, self-aware lyrics, they’ll perform hits from their cult-classic debut album Wa Caya Lu and their 2023 follow-up Heavy Rotation.
