TongTongAsia is set to shine a spotlight on the region’s thriving indie music scene with GRRRLS! TO THE FRONT (GTTF), a high-energy music showcase celebrating Southeast Asia’s most exciting female-fronted bands. 

Taking place on Saturday, 8th February 2025, at The Bee, Publika, the event promises an unforgettable night with some of the coolest indie rock acts today.  

Headlining the event is Indonesia’s Grrrl Gang, fresh off the success of their debut album, Spunky!. Known for their catchy, energetic anthems, this will mark the band’s highly anticipated first performance in Malaysia.  

Joining them are Thailand’s Yonlapa and Singapore’s Sobs, two standout acts known for their unique blend of indie and dream-pop sounds. 

Representing Malaysia are HAWA and FUAD, both gearing up to release new albums in 2025.

This showcase offers fans an exclusive preview of their latest material ahead of the official launches, making it a must-attend event for local music enthusiasts.
