Ipoh indie rock pioneers Free Love will reunite for their first performance in 15 years at Indie All Out 2025, a mini festival celebrating both new and classic Perak-based indie rock bands. The show is set for June 14 at Lady Boss Studio, Ipoh.
The band — comprising Mohd Jayzuan, Ducktoi, Mohammad Nadzri and Mohd Hazriq — will take the stage for what is being billed as a one-off performance.

Joining them at the festival are Shizuka Ben Aman, TETVANGVDARA, Hem and a DJ set by Daydream Nation, alongside rising Perak-based acts Oddweek, Whirlpool, Fieldville and Muntahman.
In an Instagram post, Free Love frontman Mohd Jayzuan announced that this may be the band’s final show.
“For the old crowd who miss us and the new ones who have never seen us, come to this final stage dive,” he wrote.
Free Love last performed in 2010, opening for Indonesian indie rock icons Efek Rumah Kaca. A few months earlier, they had played as the opening act for UK punk legends Buzzcocks in Kuala Lumpur.
Formed in 2002, the band released their only album Feed Us with Yr Love in 2008 under the iconic Ipoh label Bodysurf Music. The 12-track album was re-released on digital platforms in 2023.
Tickets for Indie All Out 2025 are now on sale. Pre-sale tickets are priced at RM25.
