One of Indonesia’s biggest music festivals, Pestapora, is set to make its international debut in Malaysia on 26 July 2025 at Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon.

Titled Latihan Pestapora, the festival is a collaboration between Malaysia’s leading entertainment powerhouse, Hitman Solutions, and Boss Creator, the organisers behind Indonesia’s iconic indie festival Pestapora.

Renowned for its genre-spanning lineup that includes pop, rock, alternative, hip-hop, and indie, Latihan Pestapora will bring together some of Indonesia’s top and emerging acts alongside beloved Malaysian homegrown talents.

The festival offers local fans a rare opportunity to experience Pestapora’s vibrant energy without having to travel abroad. More than just a teaser, it provides a glimpse into the full Jakarta edition in September 2025, encouraging audiences to discover new music and connect through a shared love for live performances.

Today, the festival announces an exclusive giveaway: 10 free tickets are up for grabs for Malaysian music fans who comment, like and repost the official announcement on the @latihanpestapora.my Instagram account.

Meanwhile, fans can gear up for Early Bird tickets, with pre-sale registration beginning on 14 April 2025 (Monday) from 6 PM and closing on 15 April 2025 (Tuesday) at 11:59 PM.

Pre-sale tickets go live on 16 April 2025 (Wednesday) at 6 PM, followed by public ticket sales launching on 17 April 2025 (Thursday) at 12 PM. Ticket categories are as follows: General Admission (RM129 onwards) and Rockzone (RM199 onwards). For an additional RM100, fans can enjoy Express Lane perks.
